Deb in training sessionNext Steps

What are situations where I may want to use the services of Deb Sugerman and Experiential Concepts?

  • Your organization does not have the expertise in the area of need;
  • Your organization wants an objective perspective -- someone without biases about past history and current issues;
  • Your funders require an outside expert to ensure that work is completed appropriately.

After I've decided to contact Deb about using her services, what are the next steps?

  • Deb will talk extensively with you about your ideas, obtaining details about goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Deb will develop a proposal that outlines each step of the project, the outcomes and deliverables for the project, the time frame involved in completing the project, and the budget for each step of the project.
  • Deb will set up a time to discuss the proposal with you. You will talk about any changes you feel are necessary, and end with a proposal that is agreed upon by all parties.
  • Deb will develop a contract outlining the details of the proposal that will be signed by both parties.
  • Deb will be in constant contact with your organization during the project to ensure that you are satisfied with her work.

How do I contact Deb?

Use this Contact form and fill in the fields. I will respond to your request promptly.

I look forward to talking with you about how I can assist your organization with program design, staff development, and outcome evaluation.
